Stops are too far apart and times are posted on the side of the bus which is not helpful until the bus arrives. The Belem and Oriente buses only run every hour and the Cascais only twice a day, 9.30am and 3.30pm. Waited over an hour at Marquis de Pombas square for Belem bus only to find it full! Several yellow buses came by while we were waiting. Why do Grayline not run more frequentlywith the number of people waiting to get on?Our day trip tours were excellent, also boat trip was good.

I have toured with Grey Line many times. Buses are clean and reasonably on time. Earphones worked well and location descriptions were OK. Blue line tour was 2 hours with very little to see and virtually no comments from the headset.

Purchasing the 48 hour pass helped us to get around much of Lisbon’s major attractions that were of interest to us. Only fault would be the amount of circling done on the green line to Sao Jorge castle. Tram 28 is much faster as it is direct.

All good but the website provides incorrect timetable for Cascais line. Also your application consumes too much battery.

Les circuits sont excellent, mais la façon de conduire des chauffeurs est brusque et inconfortable pour les passagers.
