Vatican cloakroom: The following must be left in the cloakroom: Suitcases, backpacks and containers larger than 40 x 35 x 15 centimeters; Umbrellas, including those with spike tips, medium and large size; Walking sticks (except those required by disabled visitors); Tripods for cameras and video cameras; Signage of any kind. Shoulder bags no wider than 15 cm are allowed.
Identification (Colosseum): Please ensure you have valid ID/passport. You might be refused entry otherwise.
Bags (Colosseum): Bulky bags, trolleys or backpacks are not allowed at the Colosseum. No glass bottles are allowed. There is no cloakroom in the Colosseum.
Tour end: The tour ends for everyone in the Archaeological area (near the Colosseum or Roman Forum).
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation until 24 hours before your tour date. After that, a 100% penalty fee applies. No refunds for no-shows.

Our tour guide was simply amazing. The tour was well presented by her and her knowledge and enthusiasm I made it so much more special. She was a Chinese lady and I think her name was RW. She us a real gem. The content and timing of the tour was just right. Meal included was excellent. Transport from hotel and from restaurant were also nigh excellent also. Colosseum tour was very good but the guide was not quite as good as the Vatican tour.
