- It is mandatory that all reservations be confirmed at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the date of travel.
- For reasons of security, the following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onboard motorcoach tours: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol. In the event that an item is not included in this list, it is advisable to consult with your reservations agent before making a booking.

The bottled water that was provided was very warm, not in a cooler with ice. The hummer part was great!
