Experienced and friendly staff - saw sites not possible if on my own for only one day.I would have rated this 5 stars except for the "shopping centre stop" which was totally unnecessary - shopping centres are the same all over the world and I didn't pay all the money and come half way around the world to go to a shopping centre which I could have gone to in Australia. I came to learn about the country, its culture and its people.The boat trip was painful with totally unhelpful staff very authoritarian. Getting through immigration was a painful exercise.
