Excellent route and very good narration. Some of the stops are a bit hard to find using the online map, but overall a very good HOHO service.

Friendly bilingual staff. Nice city coverage. And the ability to stop and see a sight and then hop back to continue the tour on was helpful. Only downside was that some sights were skipped due to road closures or events and there was nothing on the website or bus telling us that. It wasn’t until they announced that the next stop would be skipped did we know. So, we had to change some plans around because we couldn’t get off where we planned to.
